“Gary gets 5 stars and is great at what he does. Efficient, friendly and fixes what needs to be fixed. BUT the process of going through Sears Appliance repair is painful! Everything is automated so speaking directly with a person is difficult. Gary had ordered parts for us that didn't end up fixing the problem. He ordered new parts and scheduled another appt to complete the repair. However, the parts did not arrive and we had no way to notify anyone prior to the appt so we could get the issue resolved. Poor Gary had to drive out to us in order to order the parts again and reset the appointment. We received plenty of email correspondance asking us if we would like to make changes to our appointment. When we would click into the portal, the only options were to cancel or change. There is no phone number, contact us box, etc.”
