I am very pleased with my stay. It's nice and cozy. I didn't try the pool but just the fact that I can get a decent night sleep is really telling for people who stay in hotels a lot. I am not a fan of the coffee. To me, their coffee is always a bit bitter. However, room service was great and location is ideal. Easy access to the highway and nearby food and gas stations. I will be staying here again if I come back in the future.Rooms: Clean and cozy. Fridge and microwave available.

Canceled one room a week before we arrived. Was still charged for it and somehow they have no record of the charge. I even had an emailed receipt with the extra charged room. Spent hours on the phone with Hilton who is sending me a check for the amount that was charged because the hotel claimed they couldn’t refund it.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Hampton Inn Russellville, and was far from what I expected, even for a budget-friendly hotel chain.Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of animals. The smell was hardly what I anticipated from a reputable hotel. But that was just the beginning of a series of disappointments during our stay.Shortly after, when I went to store a drink in the refrigerator, I found remnants of a previous guest's meal still left inside. This lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was disheartening. The disappointments continued when my sister-in-law arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. She walked into a room filled with someone else's clothes and personal items strewn about. It took a while for the staff to rectify the situation by assigning her a new room.Next, my in-laws, who arrived late in the evening, discovered an infestation of ants and other bugs in their room. The mere thought of having to endure such a situation is distressing. To make matters worse, my wife inspected their room and found that one of the beds had a mattress covered in cat fur. This level of uncleanliness and disregard for guest comfort is certainly unacceptable. While the manager did take some responsibility and refunded one of our three rooms for one night, this gesture did little to compensate for the overall unpleasant experience we endured. In light of this stay, I had initially intended to book additional reservations at this Hampton Inn for a future trip to the area. However, given the litany of issues we faced during our stay, we have decided to cancel those reservations and seek alternative accommodations. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that Hampton Inn can address these issues to provide a more pleasant and hygienic experience for its guests in the future.Rooms: The rooms lack attention to detail and cleanliness.Nearby activities: The hotel is conveniently located from the Interstate as well as hiking trails, outdoor activities, and restaurants.

We stopped at this location on our way back to Georgia. The room had recently been renovated and it was really nice. Super clean, so no complaints!

The hotel was nice and 9/10 clean from what I could tell. The breakfast was nothing spectacular, biscuits were hard and dry, gravy was cold, cereal was good not stale, beverage machine seemed fine. Room was kind of small for it to be a suite with jet tub. I prefer a large open room which I what I thought I was getting but I didn't. There was plenty of space in the bathroom. The shower tub combo was alright but the railing around the tub was nasty. When sitting in the tub I noticed gross crunchy dried up stuff all over the railing like maybe Mold or something. The shower head barely had enough water pressure to spray all the shampoo out of my thick hair so I ended up leaning over the sink to finish my hair cause I couldn't get shampoo out! There was plenty of hot water though. There seemed to be plenty of towels and rags provided upon arrival. For a king room the bed was very small. We have a queen at home and me my child and SO sleep in it slightly crowded and this bed was about the same not like a wide king. The sheets were all nice and clean and fresh feeling but the awkward padded thing in the middle was short and so was the comforter, we fought with the blankets all night long both nights until finally I just gave up and slept with the sheet and let him have the awkward padded comforter. Neither of us slept good due to fighting with the awkward comforter all night plus it was scratchy and crunchy. A thin hospital blanket is way better LOL. It worked for our two night stay but it sucked to pay $300 and not sleep a wink or have a good shower. It was more of a get by experience. We came to town to see some family and we chose to stay in the hotel due to their small home and we ended up wishing that we had just stayed at family's house. Oh and our AC rumbled all night long it was very loud and rumbly.. plus the old AC was still in the wall and we could hear people talking all night and the high way traffic noise was loud coming thru the old AC. It rained/stormed 90% of our stay and we weren't able to watch TV in our room bc there was no satellite signal so we had to use our phones to watch movies.Rooms: Clean nothing spectacular but cleaner than mostNearby activities: Places to eat within one minute or less, gas and groceries nearby. Few shopping places. Avoid Price Break it's a loaded rip off!!!Food & drinks: Burger King is close by and Waffle house as well as several othersNoteworthy details: Parking was limited for us everytime we arrived we had to make a circle to find a spot people were parking whole vehicles and trailer across 4 or more spots!?!

They are renovating and doing the best they can. First room they put us in the carpet was soaking wet. We get another room and the bathroom was updated. Bedding was tired. The air conditioner ran well but the entire room felt wet in the air. Sheets felt damp too. The toilet paper was damp. We used hair dryer in bathroom to get moisture out. Husband travels weekly and always uses Hampton. This has to be the worse one he has ever stayed in. Maybe when they are done renovating they will be a 5/5.

Room I booked over the phone was unavailable when we checked in, extended my stay by a night and was phoned that I needed to check out and re-check in?? When I explained I had gone to the desk the evening of check in to extend the stay and had been charged the person still insisted I was going to have to come check out and back in! It took some arguing with her that I was told we were good for another night and had been charged already. Asked for an extra pillow and they had none. Got back the second evening to find the keys did not work and had to go have them reprogramed again.Rooms: Clean rooms

We got an annoying ant problem. It hasn't been 24 hours in being in our room and we have killed 10+ ants. They are on the bed table, the bathroom, and killed a few in our beds and one on my phone this morning after I woke up!? I went to the front desk and the young lady said they were booked to capacity and cannot switch our rooms, but she offered to address our room and change out our beds. I said "you?" She said yes, she does it all and that she would close down the front desk to fix it. I said I would let her know. I didn't want to inconvenience her, and I could tell she didn't want to do it. I don't blame her, but she saw me in the hallway and lobby twice since then and said nothing. I went to CVS nearby and bought a can of Raid. I got back, and sprayed my room. They need the bug man to come and spray the entire exterior of this hotel and destroy the anthill. I worked out in the back patio this morning and saw a trail of ants going to and fro. I was disgusted.

We stayed here last night on our way home to Kansas. We had read the reviews about this hotel being renovated so we called and made our reservations through the front desk and asked for a renovated room. Our room was perfect. It was very clean and everything was new. One of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel and we travel a lot. we would definitely stay here again without a question. We had none of the issues that we saw on other reviews. The front desk agent Taren was awesome and super friendly.
