I just went through the car wash at the Knoxville location. There are blue spots all over my vehicle from soap that wasn’t completely rinsed.

So I understand current times with inflation BUT if your going to charge $1.00 for vacuum and it runs shorter time then the 50¢ one across town I think it should run for the same if not longer timing ?? also having to vacuum next to full trash cans with flies buzzing all in my car is an inconvenience enough just there…don’t get me started on spending $2.00 on 1 air freshener because the vending machine wasn’t refilled correctly, unless that is part of the plan…also received a worse wash job then I’d get at the quarter wash…long story short I’ve learned my lesson, stick to quarter wash or go to PDQ wash it too is a quarter and the automatic wash is just as great as washing it yourself in the bay.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I paid for the highest cleaning, $12, and got absolutely nothing. Told me to drive all the way through. Didn't wash my car at all. Would not recommend going here.
