This place is awesome! Some of the best customer service I’ve had! The service reps that come by are always kind and polite and anytime I have to go to the office I’m always greeted with a smile and always helped no matter what I need! Lincare is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

NEVER WILL I EVER DEPEND ON THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE!! Worst customer service ever.. takes 55minutes EACH time I calles for someone to attend phones.. it’s been 3 days and still no oxygen tank!!! PLS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE PPL!!!!!

If there was a minus 10 setting that would be more accurate. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever. They are rude and dishonest.Thank goodness there is an alternative business in this area

You people should be ashamed of yourselves. We were traveling and was 500 miles from home and forgot the plug to my cpap. They had a used one as a spare in a box. I was told because I was not a patient of y'alls you could not even sell it to me. That yall save it for ya'lls lincare customers. Now that is very inconsiderate.

Do not use this office! Their customer service is so poor. I have been waiting for a year-and-a-half for transfer paperwork to my new provider in Oklahoma City. They cannot seem to keep employees'. Even the regional director here in Oklahoma City could not get them to get their paperwork done!! Do not expect any service from this provider!!

Extremely poor customer service to the point that you can always expect them to be rude and my husband never receives supplies even after 3 phone calls and visits to the office. Plan to change companies!

Did not want to help me get my supplies.I asked if there was somewhere local that I could buy supplies and she advised me they sold some at the truck stop. Really?
