About Lowe's Garden Center
Lowe's Garden Center is a popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a beautiful selection of plants and flowers. Customers appreciate the real human interaction at the checkout, unlike the impersonal self-checkout experience. While the plant selection is generally good, some customers have noted issues with neglected and dead plants, which can be disappointing. The staff at Lowe's Garden Center is described as both helpful and knowledgeable, with associates like Michaela and Jack providing personalized assistance to customers. However, some customers have found that the newer, younger employees may lack the same level of customer service expertise as their predecessors. Overall, Lowe's Garden Center is a decent place to shop for gardening needs, with a mix of positive and constructive feedback from customers.

Love the garden ctr. Such beautiful plants & flowers. Got the right sized pumpkins I wanted. But the best thing is that there are real humans checking you out!! Not some dumb self check out things.

I picked up a pot of red and white Petunias and felt lucky that I found a nice one that was not dead. So many dead plants due to neglect. What a waste.
