Bought a CF Moto Papio July of last year. Motor was making noise. Andy took it in, submitted the warranty and rebuilt it. Did really good work, runs better than it ever has. My wife and I just bought a 2022 CBR300R they had in stock a couple days ago. Everybody is really nice and answered all the questions my wife could ask. I'll do business with them again.

Drove 5.5 hrs to pick up a used bike from there. Everything was as Allie said it would be, no unpleasant surprises, no charges beyond what we agreed to beforehand. At my request, they also went out of their way to collect original parts from the previous owner. After I got back home, I got a call from Allie to make sure I made it back ok. Perfect way to do business.

This is a great store. Easy to deal with. And they know there business. And the prices are really really good. The new CF Moto 450 love it. And they are very easy to talk to. They didn't pressure us when we were there. These bikes were at a Great price. They even tagged it and brought me the tag and registration to my house in Clarksville. Great people. Great Business. Thank you.

Stay away from this place, they price gouge, they’re not responsible for damages, and they could care less for your business.I made a 1.5 hour trip to this place for a front tire. I was quoted $100 labor on top of the tire and Andy the service manager said, “we could scratch the rim changing tire, this happens often, we’re not responsible”. He then wanted me to sign a waiver. I questioned this and he said, “you can take your business elsewhere”.I contacted the GM and he said the same thing. The worst motorcycle shop I’ve ever been to. The worst experience I’ve had in Arkansas.

First time in and it was for service on a kawasaki after a horrible experience with Sunrise in Searcy (please go elsewhere). Clean quaint store in older part of town near the college. Service was prompt and complete, very lmtd stock on 4 wheelers except for Chinese models. Friendly well versed sales staff and a small collection of older Japanese motorcycles including a water buffalo.

They Had my RM250 for three and a half months said the bike couldn't be fixed because CDI box was bad and Suzuki no longer carry the part. Turns out it was just a faulty coil. How did they not catch that?

We have several horrible stores, first last fall I had taken my Rzr to get some repairs done, I had decided that I was ready to buy a new side by side, I had been working so I wasn’t dressed up, I guess my appearance was that I couldn’t buy? I asked a man who was obviously a salesman, he and the other sales people were watching a video on one’s phone, I asked prices, they told me that I needed to fill out a credit application before I got any prices? I never said anything about financing? I told them that it was okay, I left and went straight to Honda of Russellville, and paid cash, that I had in my truck. I fast forward to taking my Rzr in for several different work that needed to be done, assuming that the work was done I have paid nearly 3 thousand dollars total. I took it to another place and obviously the work had not been done at all! Wheel bearings were supposed to be replaced, were not, brakes were supposed to be replaced work was never done, I’m very very dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership, 1 I tried to purchase a new side by side, and also I trusted these people to fix, they didn’t.I have been a customer for several years and now I’m not. I’ll never go back to here.My advice is buyer beware and service customers beware. I’m so disappointed. And we feel like we were cheated.Honda of Russellville is a fantastic dealership they address problems and they deal with you and take customers very serious. As a result of my treatment I know of 4 side by side customers that have purchased somewhere else because of my misfortune at this dealership. If you choose to do business here remember, you’ve been warned

I went in to look at motorcycles. Found the one I want. Now, I have to get the salesman to accept the offer I am willing to give, acceptable to both sides. It's just negotiations. Enjoyable to those who know how it's done. ?

I brought it in for a bad sensor to be replaced. They called and claimed it would run but other parts could use replaced and quoted an outrageous price. Told them to just replace the sensor. When I went to pick it up it wouldn't charge. unrelated to the sensor that was bad, they agreed and said it must have went bad while sitting in the shop but also said it had no problems the day before.Someone had unplugged the wiring harness and wanted to charge me for diagnostics and repairs. There is no way it would have not thrown codes the day before if it was plugged up and nothing "went bad" overnight because plugging up the harness fixed the issue. The mechanic wouldn't even claim it was an accident on his part just that he didn't do it. Don't know if they work on commission but every other shop is back logged 3 weeks min they got mine in the next day. Worst kind of mechanic break it so they can fix it and if I didn't have a general knowledge then it would have cost hundreds more.Don't bring anything there for repairs. Lied to, swindled, and No telling how many people this has happened to.

Awesome! Great experience dealing with them. They were very knowledgeable about their products and answered all my questions. They weren't "snobby" like some of the other dealerships and treated me great. Look forward to many years dealing with them. I found my forever dealership with them. Your a fool if you don't go to them.
