I tried the bigger one in town first and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I have ever had, but I walked into this store and felt immediately welcomed. “At my wits end porting a number from Total by Verizon back to Verizon. Spent an entire weekend back and forth with online support only to be frustrated and out of service. Happened to be in Russellville today for other errands and took a chance that maybe somebody at this Verizon store would have mercy and help straighten out this porting mess. Brandon took the lead and within a few minutes had straightened out a few system glitches and had my phone back up in service. He saved me countless hours of addtional phone time. Hope Verizon sends me a survey, one I'll gladly fill out.”
