Store was super clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and available. Adopt area was maintained and pets seemed happy and playful. Only concern was wish they had an on-site vet as the town could use another one.

Didn't have hardly any small animals. Maybe they had just sold them and were waiting on new ones. Short staffed, took a long time to get help with fish. Overall a good experience and I like the fish I brought home.

Very clean place. But don’t ask questions and definitely don’t ask for any help trying to get a fish, the employees will definitely get mad at you.

I tried pet smart grooming for the first time. Never again. My dog was covered in bald spots and looked horrible. I’m going back to my previous groomer who actually does a fantastic job.

The biggest issue I have here is the service. Most of the time, it's not very friendly, if you can even get someone to help you. We adopted a cat there, and the guy helping just disappeared. We had no idea what to do after filling out all the paperwork. One time we were there, a girl treated me like I was a child when buying a beta fish, being snoty about what I was doing with the fish and what I was putting in it's tank.

My budgie was injured on purchase a year ago he has never fully healed and will live his life disabled! Not able to fly at all! I recommend saving any animal from here but I also recommend people trained to care for them properly!

This is a very nice store, great location, nice and clean. We do not live in this town, and this was our first time being here, and the employee who helped us, was very helpful, and friendly. Sorry we didn't get his name, but he helped us with the dog tags.

Drove over 40miles to get fish.Lady in fish dept was very rude.I wanted 6gold fish and a algae eater.She refused to sale the algae eater.Im not impressed her....
