“Overall I find Kroger Pharmacy employees (most important) helpful and always ready with a smile! I wish I could say the same about their phone attendant. It is so frustrating that I have actually gotten into shouting matches. I just want to speak with a human! Arrrrgh, just press '0' if you ever find yourself in this situation. You will still be reminded, just one more time, that you could always handle things by using their automated system. Instead of speaking to a human. ???”
