It is the worst place to ever eat used to be my favorite but it's b******* that you have to pay over $20 for two people to eat and they still want to charge you 25 cents per ranch or honey mustard they don't even let you get one with your meal they just automatically want to charge you 25 cents the customer service was disrespectful especially the black woman that took my order she was hateful as all get out look nasty to me but come on 25 cents for condiments you should at least allow customers to have one with their meal and then charge extra after that place won't last long being a rip like that

If I could rate 1 I would on customer service and with making sure food is correct and ready before the order is given out I have gone here 2 times and ordered fries they were not even in the bag went back and they gave me hard stale fries I DoorDasher and they forget a side and a piece of chicken from a 3 pc Combo and wouldn’t remake the food because I would have to drive all the way to them when I already paid 40$ for my food like you can’t understand I don’t want cold food when I get home I will bring it all to you if that’s the case very disappointing and disrespectful on manger here

I got a 12 piece. Drove 20 minutes home. I did not have 12 pieces and there was no mash potatoes and gravy. I was very disappointed and will never go there again.

I went to the drive through and ordered 12 pieces of chicken. I drove home, which is an hour away. There were 11 pieces. This order was $27. It was supposed to be for a special occasion. The piece missing was a breast. The order was stuffed into a box that was not large enough for the 11 pieces and there's no way the full order would have fit in, which makes me think this is not an accident. I called an spoke to a man who said his name was Brandon Kelly. I asked to speak to a manager. He claimed to be the manager. Oh? I called an hour earlier and spoke to a woman who said SHE was the manager. "We have many managers." Oh really? I left a negative review. There was a box to check that said that it had to be checked to be sent. It said, "Pissedcustomer." I don't use such language. I feel trashed. And robbed. Ick ick ick. I can't eat my special dinner now. I'm too trashed.

Got the 5 piece chicken package offered on the popeyes app. Asked if I could have two thighs instead of two drumsticks. Never had a problem with this in the past. Was told absolutely no! The young African American lady was rude and never smiled while waiting on me. Also, when I got home I found out that both my sole slaw and mashed potato sides were only half full. Guess next time I'll go across the street and eat at Subway.Vegetarian options: Not enough on the menu to pick from.

They literally got my order wrong, I ordered 10 piece chicken LEGS for 2 dollars each, and I got a 10 piece meal with 2 CHICKEN LEGS, food was cold and overall really bad. The workers are really bad honestly some are decent and sweet but the rest are lazy.
