I sent my crews to this location to get a color match from RGB values and the manager said they can't do that (and didn't know what that even stood for)... Other Sherwin locations do that for our company with no issues. He has supposedly been doing that for 10 years and never had that request. (Lowes ended up doing it based on the RGB values.) I'd recommend the management team knows a bit more about paint.

Please stop running a semi truck all night long parked on the side street. Residential neighborhood is not a truck stop. We have to listen to it all night long. We do have city noise ordinance, maybe a ticket will help us get some sleep? I’ve already asked for the delivery driver to please turn it off. I’ll leave my review up this time.

Allows theft of your business account and then sues you for the total. They Don't know How to: Prevent theft of a customers business account Authorize transactions Use their own poorly designed system to contact people who are late on transactions they didn't make Know if they are associated with the BBB Or close an account after a customer realizes all this about them.. "So I can look up Ford Property Management online, get an address for an apartment, then walk out of Sherwin Williams on 7 in Russellville with $10,000 of paint in 30 days as long as the transactions aren't over $2K? Then you sue me for being robbed when you allowed the theft..., but you still "sell" lots of paint..?" You will have to file a BBB claim to prevent this from happening... maybe. that theory is in process.

I hope it was uncommon but there were four or five employees. (One appeared to be a brand knew trainee) and I was the only client. I was treated very professionally. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. One young man listened carefully to.the need as I explained it, walking me carefully to the solution. They all seemed to have a specific job mixing the paint and filling the order. My only complaint is the cost. But when I think about how many people were employed and how long the paint should last, it didn't seem nearly as bad.

I truly believe Sherwin Williams has the best product on the market today. I love the selections that your able to sort through and using their color snap made things easier. The order process was a breeze and the sales team were outstanding! Answering my questions and they even loaded my purchase into my vehicle. If your looking for a quality paint that will last for years, Sherwin Williams is the place to look.

I have been a long time customer of Sherwin-Williams and when I wanted to paint my new picnic table, of course I went to Sherwin-Williams. The guys at the store in Russellville were extremely helpful. After I asked many questions, they helped me decide that Woodscapes stain was my best option. I was looking over the color swatch and then they told me that I could have it in ANY COLOR! I am so pleased with my picnic table stained with CLOUDBURST Woodscapes stain.
