The employees was nice but you should get to use whatever kind of oil you want to use in your car not what the manufacturer tells you to use when your can is paid for and has no warranty. For that I will not go back there again.

The car washes are great. However when you cancel your membership they don’t do that and you end up being charged again and having to dispute charges.

100% recommend, best place in town, and as a bonus customer service is top notch...I spoke with Travis and Robert, and they are fantastic!! All your questions will be answered and they will go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best care!!! Please go see these guys and check out everything they have to offer. There is no other place in this town that will take better care of you, then the team at Take 5!!!!!

Purchased a onetime $10 car wash and the next screen offered a $6 tire shine purchased that $16 total. The young man at the entrance of the wash said I didn’t purchase the tire shine. Took me to the purchase point where I started and that tire shine option couldn’t be pulled up. A scam for sure. The wash didn’t get the bird poop off of the hood or bugs off of the mirrors or windshield. If the oil change place that shares the same lot is operated by the same people I would be sure you see what kind of oil they use and check it when service is completeed

I'm being generous with the 5 star, primarily cause I like the crew. I just really wish they would go back to having two people in the tunnel an scrub the front an back windows. It would save me more time by not having too go through a second time, especially if I'm on a time restraint. All in all I'm satisfied with my wash quality other than the two primary factors I stated above.

Charged $16 for a $10 dollar car wash and still didn't even get the bugs off of the windshield, mirrors were still dirty. It's a full-size pickup but the hood didn't even get clean. Do not recommend if you want a good wash.

They helped me sign up real quick and explained how the different regional areas work for the memberships. Since I drive in multiple states a lot. I needed a Carwash and membership service that was everywhere like me. Extremely professional and clean. Great shop vacs and a complete detail complimentary Center for any of your vehicles with unlimited washes memberships. Hey y'all are great and thanks for scrubbing down my vehicle before each wash to get the bugs off. I come here everyday and they are always on top of it. I come here every day and they got a good attitude and smile on their face. Which is why they need fans with misters where they stand to sign up new members and inform them of the procedures and process. Other than that this place is ?⚡

First time customer. Overall pleasant experience. Towels and glass cleaner available as are vacuums. Facility is well maintained. Bought a monthly pass.

I got an oil change and air filter for $160. My husband said that the service was good, but I can't agree. For $160 my car should have been detailed, too. (I guess they were nice to him while they were over charging him.) Your prices are absolutely ridiculous. You will never get another dime of mine again.

I have a $40 a month membership & the back of my car or the front is always dirty after I go through. I end up having to go back through & tell them to wash the back or front of my car. I am ready to cancel my membership. The car wash is pulling the cars through way too fast & the employees are not standing as close as they use to so they can use the brush better on your car. It's a Big waste of money when we just had a new car wash go in right down the road.

The employees are always very friendly and attentive. My car always comes clean from the car wash. The added car detailing station is a bonus! The only car wash intown I will use! I love how they have customer appreciation days and pass out free car scents.Services: Polishing

This place is awesome the employees are so nice and the car wash was great! They have a promotion going on where you pay $5 for the first month and you can go every day for a month if you want!
