My ac thermostat had been malfunctioning for weeks I had stopped at several dealerships as we traveled to find a replacement, but they are hard to find. Francine offered to research a replacement and also refurbishment. She called me several times and sent info by email. She sent me Coleman troubleshooting guidelines which I followed and was able to reset my thermostat.She solved my problem and saved me at least $200.”
