Went my Verizon Store to pickup an iPhone 14 I purchased online and welcomed by a customer service representative Daniel that could not answer all my questions about a line upgrade. Monte a female representative who claimed to be a Store Manager felt she could explain the new lines but while talking with her she told me and I quote "Do Not Interupt Me When I Am Talking "!!! She then put me back with representative Daniel when I asked him if she treats all her customers this way his response was "If you Don't Like It You Can Leave.!!!!!!!!! I immediately went to my vehicle to call in a corporate complaint and while on the phone Bridgett The Real VERIZON MANAGER brought my new phone to me in the parking lot where I explained what had happened inside her Verizon Business and she had no response!!!!!! I feel that as a 25 plus year Verizon customer I deserve better treatment than to be spoken to like a child!! MONTE (who claimed to be a store manager) needs to be reprimanded or terminated ASAP!!! Dennis, a 25 plus year customer with 5 count them 5 lines!

Pretty easy transaction. Husband did an order online, we walked in they got our info, grabbed our order and we were on our way.

Need help with customer service. First guy gave me wrong prices. Didn't hook up my wifi tower. Had to come all the way back to store and the second employee really helped me out

One of the worst company I’ve ever tried I was with Atnt for three years and I really regret switching to virizon, you go in the store and they tell you punsh of lies then when you start receiving your bill it’s a different story, I trade in my phone I dropped it in the box inside the store and now they telling me they can’t find it and they charging me for the full price bc they are careless about people stuff , and you already trapped if you making payments on your phone you can’t return it after 30 days so they lose your trade in then you still have to be stuck on making full payments on your phone.

Workers stand around chatting playing on there phones ignoring customers. When I went super frustrated after working over 2 hrs on phone with Verizon customer service getting no where decided to go to the store. Three workers were sitting talking backs to door no acknowledgment of me at all. Young lady with glasses finally acknowledged me said couldn't help and appeared passed off. Been customer verizon almost 20years. Never go back to that store will drive to Little Rock and cancel my service.

At my wits end porting a number from Total by Verizon back to Verizon. Spent an entire weekend back and forth with online support only to be frustrated and out of service. Happened to be in Russellville today for other errands and took a chance that maybe somebody at this Verizon store would have mercy and help straighten out this porting mess. Brandon took the lead and within a few minutes had straightened out a few system glitches and had my phone back up in service. He saved me countless hours of addtional phone time. Hope Verizon sends me a survey, one I'll gladly fill out.
