We talked to Darin and explained our situation. He said if we could get there before 6:00 closing he would fix us up. After a white-knuckle drive down Hwy 7, we pulled in at 5:40. True to his word, he fixed the problem, changed the tire, and mounted the spare back on the bumper. The fix turned out to be a new valve stem. When I asked how much I owed, he said no charge!
