I went on a Saturday morning. The gentleman at the counter at the time was very helpful. I just moved here so I don't have a problem with the mail service, but I hope I never have to miss a piece of mail as some of the reviews here suggest.

The gentleman at the post office is very nice and helpful, bless him. That is why I gave 2 stars. However, the mail person that delivers the mail is TERRIBLE! I never receive my packages I always have to go pick them up. It amazes me how Amazon and UPS have no problem delivering my packages. On MULTIPLE occasions they have returned my packages back to where they came from even though I still live in the same place (for the past 5 years I might add). Ridiculous. Please do us all a favor and get a new mail deliverer in Scott!!!!!

This best PO I have ever had the pleasure of doing business in. Kind and conscientious, I would vote all of them a raise if I could. I thought my childhood hometown PO was the best ever, but Scott beats them.

This lady never delivers our mail on time or at all and has had multiple problems with the neighborhood. I do not understand why she is still employed.

The mail carrier never wants to deliver packages for some reason. I guess she/he doesnt like their job. However, its such a huge issue because I can never make it to pick up my packages before they close. Please make sure he/she will start doing their job. Thanks.

They will not deliver packages! The mail lady is scared of stray dogs near my home and always has my packages held, I have had to reroute several packages because I’m not always able to go pick them up before they close??????

This is one of the nicest post offices I go to. The staff is both friendly and exceptionally helpful. I continuously see staff sweeping the floors or cleaning the windows. It doesn't matter if it's your first time to this post office or you've been going there for years:- everyone is treated in the same warm way/

I have nothing but good things to say about Scott Postal Service. They have always been friendly and helpful resources the entire twelve years I lived in Scott. Awesome people who do not get the credit they deserve. Thank you all for your many of service. You guys rock!
