Make sure you read your card number slooooowwwww when paying by phone. Mr. Larry hung up on me because I was saying mine "too fast" this place sucks but the stuff they have is pretty nice. If I were yall I would hit up rent one. Trust me. Read the other reviews if you're considering this place. I sure wish I did.

You sign an agreement to have a certain amount to be take out of your account every month but they don’t take it out when they are suppose to and when they do it is double maybe triple the amount you agreed to and it screws up your bank account with overdraft fees and bounced checks because you were not planning on a different amount coming out. This happened to me numerous times. I finally took it off of automatic payment and told them to come get the tv. Funny thing is I have a washer that I never had a problem with and they have the exact same bank information for that. But after that happened with the tv I took the washer off automatic payments because Arron’s cannot be trusted. They are also very unprofessional and they do not listen to their customers. They also are not willing to help them either. All they are about is screwing people over. They charge what they want, when they wantand they also charge triple for something that was used to begin with. I will never do business with them again.

Rent-to-own stores and their staff are not always the most pleasant experiences. But at Aaron's, it's always been a very favorable experience. From choosing what you want, to doing the final paper work, the staff at Aaron's is always helpful and will make sure that you're satisfied above and beyond. E en down to the delivery guys, just an over all great store to be a part of and highly recommend over any other RTO company around hands down. Thank you Aaron's staff

HORRIBLE BUSINESSSo yesterday I called and spoke to a very nice lady about purchasing a washer and dryer. She took my info and I told her my wife would be in today to get the set she wanted. I asked the lady. If they would deliver it and set it up? And move our old ones to the porch for us because I’m at work all day. And my wife weighs 100 pounds and just had a baby. She told me they woul absolutley take care of it. All was good. Then last night and this morning. I received around 5 calls from them wanting to make sure we were still coming. Very annoying but I sell cars so I know the drill. My wife calls me from there saying she found a set. But there now telling her that they won’t move anything. That all they can do is bring the new ones to our house and set them on the porch. First of all there adds all day free delivery and set up. Then I here them telling my wife she can use there dolly to move everything. Are you serious? She’s 100 pounds and as I told them. Just had a baby. They were the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in bussiness. My YouTube peeps will all get this story. HORRIBLE BUSSINESS. I will be post a report to the BBB!

Do not spend your money here. I was delivered a washer with dents and it wouldn't spin out right so every load sounded like it was getting ready to blast off into outer space. Then I had a house fire and lost everything. No homeowners insurance. The manager called my phone and said he was aware of my house fire but that wasn't his problem and I still needed to make a payment. I contacted corporate office. They have no compassion or care for their clients.

Too bad there's no choice for negative stars! They don't deserve the one I gave them! Won't ever step foot near that place again! Being treated like a liar doesn't go over well with me, and is bad business!Update: The story manager called me and they resolved the problem.Very good staff at that store!Way to go Aaron's Searcy!Disregard the bad review folks!
