Often times when I was away from my WiFi I could not access maps, Facebook, google and text messages wouldn’t go through. I went to the Heber Springs, AR store and they were no help at all. Tried to convince me those things only happened when I didn’t have a strong signal but I knew otherwise. Went to the store in Searcy, AR for same problem and he was very helpful, also applying a discount to my bill we didn’t know we were eligible for, but was unable to correct the issue. He gave me a number for customer service where I was helped by Vickie. She went through everything on my phone and noticed I had a data block! Don’t know how it got on there or why! She removed it and so far no more issues with my phone!

Bought AirPod pros here yesterday and wanted to exchange them since the quality wasn’t what I thought it should be. The audio was scratchy, and I was having trouble witb the connection. They wanted a restocking fee of about $55 so I took them to Quality Office, a certified Apple repair store. That’s where they informed me that they had been activated 5 months ago. The 1 star was only because I can’t figure out how to give 0. I’m going to keep my eye on this review to see how long they keep it on here.

I arrived within minutes of the store opening that day, so I didn't have to wait. I descibed my issue (old phone, battery shot). They offered me a "free" upgrade to an S22, so I accepted. Then proceeded to tell me I had to pay ~90$ for "sales tax".It wasn't until I paid that 1 of them, in an obviously rehearsed manner, "checked inventory" - in back, came out & told me they didn't have any in stock.So now I'm still sitting here with a phone that barely works, waiting for my new one.Of course, had I known before accepting the "deal", I wouldn't have made that purchase.I don't like being manipulated.

Very little wait unlike the other store in our area. Emily worked with us to find the best deal on our phones as well as modify our current plan to save us money. Emily was very delightful and we enjoyed our visit. Definitely going back to this store in the future.

The store on beebe capps road in searcy ark is awesome! They help you faster and so much better than the people in the store on race street in searcy. The employees on beebe capps are super friendly compared to the nonfriendly acting like you are waisting thier time employees on race st. The wait time was nothing at all on beebe capps as to where ive have waited HOURS at a time on race street only to be extremely disapointed. ?to beebe capps employees our visits will be there from now on, thank you so much
