The store is awesome. That greeted me when I came in very professionally.. Joe gave me awesome rockstar service and got my phone issued solved very quickly. He also told me about their new Internet that was available at my home, which is great because we were in fact looking for a new provider. Very very impressed! Ask for Joe H. When you go in there, he will take care of you.

As a company, AT&T stinks. Name a major provider that doesn't. But the folks at this store are excellent.
I'd spent two hours in chat on the ATT website trying, unsuccessfully, to resolve a warranty issue. Giving up on that, I visited the store. Long story short, I left happy about fifteen minutes later.
Courtney is a great manager. Not only does she take care of her customers, she seems to care about her staff. The team members there seem to genuinely enjoy their work and are great at their jobs.

We had to add a line for our daughter. Our technician, Joe, was the best! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us choose a phone and then helped us tweak our plan so that it worked better for us. Go in and ask for Joe!
