“Dawson in service was very good at listening to my needs. I dropped off my truck and the tech could not hear or replicate my problem. It only does it whenever it wants to it seems. So they didn’t address anything. The problem I’m having is a known problem with 2024 f250. It also has a service bulletin on it for that particular issue. I just wish they could have done the fix like the service bulletin provides. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Maybe thats policy not to do anything if they can’t replicate the issue. But when a service bulletin has been put out and the customer states an issue, I thought they would have just done the repair. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken this issue to a dealership for this problem. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm, but gonna wait to see if it gets more frequent. 5k miles left of warranty so I will definitely try to demand on the 3rd try.”
“UPDATED REVIEW: Area Manager Douglas, an absolute ASSET to this entity, personally took this under his direct concern to resolve and bring it up to the companies core values as presented on their website by having the AWESOME team at the North Little Rock facility remedy. Matt B, the NLR facility manager, took a personal interest and while his team did not handle the initial work, they did an excellent job at taking care of not only painting the area shown but buffed out hazed/cloudy areas not previously mentioned and they made my car more than respectable again - THANK YOU TO ALL ! ! !”

From the very beginning until I picked up my car, they went above and beyond. You do not find this kind of customer service just anywhere. Not only did they repair my car, but they took care of the insurance and Had my car shining like a new one inside and out.
The office receptionist was very polite and helpful in every way. If you do not live near Searcy, I promise you it is worth the drive to get this service.

“I had stopped at the o’Reilly’s in Searcy to have my charging system checked. It was putting out less than 12 volts. Don put a meter on the battery and confirmed it was not putting out the correct voltage. He then checked his computer and told me I had the wrong alternator on my truck. I had purchased the current alternator at a O’Reillys in Huntsville, AR back several months ago. They sold me the wrong alternator. Don ordered the correct one and I had a local mechanic install it for me. I have to say Don was very understanding of my situation. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely would go to this store again to buy parts. Ask for Don , he is the Man!”

“Had a complication upon check in when my business card wouldn't go through, so the next morning I would have to come down and manually check out, which was fine. Both front desk agents were courteous and patient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the floor I was on was quiet. I didn't partake in the breakfast but those traveling for the same meeting said it meet there needs. This hotel was a recommendation and I would stay here again.”
“I stopped at Advanced Auto parts in the middle of a road trip. I wasn't sure about my battery's health and I wanted it checked out. DJ was very helpful! He went to extra trouble to check the battery's cold cranking amps. When they measured low, he installed a new battery and sent us on our way. I was impressed with the quality of service. “I have only been to this store once and it did not disappoint. I just got a new car and needed to get the battery checked out. I will not lie and I did go to AutoZone first because it was closer. Well, they did not have a battery tester so I headed to O'Reilly's. I'm glad I did. The service is phenomenal and I was greeted and helped by Squire. He was outstanding and immediately took it upon himself to test the battery. It turns out I did need a new battery and Squire handled it like a pro. I am very thankful for the service provided at O'Reilly's and I will return again. I highly recommend this O'Reilly's location in Searcy. “We stopped to have the battery tested, and then had to buy a battery. When they removed it the battery came apart and it was a big mess. Evidently the battery had blown up and was leaking battery fluid everywhere. Avery, Jeremy, and Juan did a great job taking care of the entire situation. They had to put in a lot of extra work, but did so in a professional manner, and with a smile on their face. We are very appreciative of our local autozone and will definitely be back with any automobile needs”
