“I really appreciated the manager, Steve who worked with me on the repairs for my Grand Cherokee. I had taken it to 3 other shops and none of them worked to fix the problems I was having with the vehicle. Steve and his team fixed the problems and kept me informed during the process…I NEVER made one phone call to check on the vehicle status. I wish I lived closer to this shop as I’d bring my vehicles in for oil changes too. Next time I need brakes, tires, or repairs, I’ll definitely make the drive to Searcy to see Steve.”

“I moved my son 12 hours to college in Searcy and had issues with my truck. I called around and heard K&W Truck Repair was really good diesel mechanics (another diesel garage told me this!). Being a woman by herself I was stressed about being broke down on the side of the road on the long trip back home. The guys were completely booked up and Neal made time to help me out and got my issue fixed. I am so thankful for the help and my truck which is really a pickup LOL ran great all the way home.. still is! Neal told me every good deed gives you an extra day at life! “Had a complication upon check in when my business card wouldn't go through, so the next morning I would have to come down and manually check out, which was fine. Both front desk agents were courteous and patient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the floor I was on was quiet. I didn't partake in the breakfast but those traveling for the same meeting said it meet there needs. This hotel was a recommendation and I would stay here again.”

“I got in an accident at the tail end of 2021. My whole front bumper was off. They got my car looking brand new. In 2023, I ran over something that mangled the bottom of my car. They again delivered stellar and speedy service. I gotta highlight the worker Brice. He helped me each time and his kindness got me through a pretty difficult period. People don’t have to be nice but he was! Hopefully I won’t need anymore work done but if I do I’m definitely coming here.
