“Came in for my oil change and had an issue with my air conditioner and Sully went above and beyond to help me figure it out. It was the filter in the air cabin, which was extremely dirty and with it in that condition my air conditioner was only blowing out at about half. He switched it out and now it’s working at 110%. Very grateful for great service and a friendly face. This is the only place that I get my service done and will not go anywhere else!”
“The customer service here is superb! I got my windshield fixed and they offered to drive me to work and then pick me up and take me to my car once the repair was finished. Their staff is very kind and attentive. Tim the owner helped me, dropped me off and picked me up from my place of work. I would recommend this place to my friends.”

“Cannot recommend Truman Body Shop more! Junior, Mary, and Ben were always so helpful and kind. I was traveling down the interstate when a piece of flying medal went through my rocker panel. I brought my camry in for an estimate on a Thursday and had it in the shop the following Monday. They provided updates and finished fast. You can’t tell anything ever happened. Unfortunately, less than 2 weeks after having it out of the shop my father backed into my car.. So, back we went!? The process was also just as fast and the results are amazing. My car has spent some time at their shop, and I sure would love to not have to go back.? However, I will always use them for any of my paint/body needs!”

“I moved my son 12 hours to college in Searcy and had issues with my truck. I called around and heard K&W Truck Repair was really good diesel mechanics (another diesel garage told me this!). Being a woman by herself I was stressed about being broke down on the side of the road on the long trip back home. The guys were completely booked up and Neal made time to help me out and got my issue fixed. I am so thankful for the help and my truck which is really a pickup LOL ran great all the way home.. still is! Neal told me every good deed gives you an extra day at life! “Pulled into the service area about 10 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by my service adviser (Careagain). She told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour and told me where waiting room was. Much to my surprise in around 35 minutes the pay clerk called my name to settle up and again I was surprised at the low cost of the oil change a tire rotation. Completely happy at this point I return to my shiny nice clean Tahoe. Thank you Orr Service Department for a very Pleasant experience.”
