“I've always enjoyed just using the manual cleaning bays. Those are good, I'd say 5 stars on that.The vacuums you can use if you go through the automatic bay are good. The regular vacuums just are not good at all.The price is reasonable, but even the "3 motor turbo vacuum" is still pretty weak, and stopped really sucking anything up halfway through the time I had.Good place for washing, but if you're just looking for vacuums, go somewhere else or pay for an automatic carwash.”

“I know that car washes usually get a bad rap for damage or not getting your car clean enough. I went today to wash my nasty dirty car. I pulled up to a self wash stall, tried to use my debit card and for some reason couldn’t get it to read my card. Well I was just got to leave and do it another day. There happened to the maintenance guy and what I think is the owner there. They were so helpful trying to get my card to work. We still couldn’t get my card working and instead of just turning me away they gladly just put time on the machine for me to be able to wash my car. I offered to go into the office and pay. The owner asked me (do you ever just do a nice thing for someone?) I replied yes! He said he was happy to help and hoped I had a blessed day! I will always support a company that goes that extra mile just because.”
