My first ever body shop experience was fantastic here. The estimate was super thorough and professional which gave me confidence they would do a good job. The sent me a letter in the mail thanking me for stopping by. I got the work done and they gave me updates through text daily which I loved. Picked it up and paid and was happy and just received a thank you letter. Very impressive business ill be back for sure if I ever need work done!

Another great experience today at Charlie's Auto Paint and Body. Had a issue that I needed fixed on my wife's vehicle. Ed Covington the owner got me in, looked at himself. Kept it a few hours, issue fixed. Great customer service!

Just have to give a shout out to the great customer service and job performance at Charlie’s paint and body shop. Especially Jeremy Williams who processed the work order, on my 1997 Ford F250 four-wheel-drive truck. Jeremy took personal responsibility in taking care of my truck. I wouldn't recommend any of the body shops Ed Covington owns. We just got our vehicle back from a different shop only to find out they used sheet metal screws, glue and silicone to repair our vehicle instead of buying the piecesand parts insurance paid for. Also there were several bolts missing. This was not the first time.

I used Charlie's Glass shop for a leaking sunroof on my H2. If I could, I would give these guys 10 stars. Lee was fantastic. They came very highly recommended to me, from others who have used them, including other shops in town, now I know now exactly why they were! You don't find auto shops or people anymore who care about taking care of their customers, but make no mistake these folks do. I dropped off my H2 (understand you can't hardly find anyone who will work on them, especially a leaky sunroof), at 4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, leaving it with them to do the work the next morning..Within 3 hours they had it fixed and ready for me to pick up. FANTASTIC!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS.

Charlie’s fixed the front end of my car after hitting a deer. The service was good and the repairs and body work were excellent. I only waited 2 weeks to get my car back and they even cleaned and washed/ buffed the entire car. The car looked better than before. I would recommend their services and will probably use them again.

Wife hit a deer. They got us in quicker than anyone around. Finished product was flawless. Worked directly with insurance. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommended.

The ladies in the office were so polite. Jodie took care of my car from start to finish. Customer service is high on my radar because I own a business. I know what it takes to keep customers. Thanks for doing the extra steps, like washing and vacuuming my car when it was all done. I felt very well taken care of.

These folks are very professional and I have trusted them with two cars now. I grew up working in a body shop that my father owned. For body work in/around Searcy, I won't go anywhere else.
