“This small corner "Thrift Shop" sits one block east of Main just off the Square. A delightful group of church ladies ignored me as they were preoccupied in processing donations and grouping things for specific consumer needs. The First Baptist United group distributes a lion's share of goods and services to the truly needy, whereas our local Goodwill principally supports its private owners and a continually churning onboard staff.”

“Had a great first time experience today at NLC. Pastor Kevin came with a HARD HITTING sermon that really spoke to me. I look forward to being back next week.My only criticism and it’s more of a desperate request, but that is to reduce or remove the use of the fog machine on stage, as the fog can and often has Propylene Glycol or PPG in it, which is a known carcinogen and can cause reproductive issues for both men & women.We will be back and I am thankful for finding this church this morning to worship and learn from God.”

“Beautiful church, inside and out. The church members are wonderful people as well. At the moment I only go there cause my son is in Cub Scouts and this is where they have the den meetings. However everything about it and everyone I've met there has made us feel so welcome that we plan to start going there regularly for Church.”
