Im from Houston but I was in town visiting my family. While in this establishment I witnessed a customer pushing their disabled (I would assume mother) through the store. I saw the customer try to inquire about applying with a customer service representative, however, the rep was being extremely unprofessional to the guest. The guest was visibly anxious and threatened by the customer service representatives demeanor. The rep did not attempt to de-escalate the situation, instead, making it worse by yelling something inaudible to that guest. Terrible behavior from that employee and I hope they receive deescalation training or disciplinary action for their mistreatment to this guest. I won’t be back.

Bought a pair of jeans in searcy store back in may. They ripped not even on a seem within 1 week of owning them. Took them in to get an exchange, wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the receipt. Mom had already threw away the receipt but got her bank statement back with proof that we bought them. Then we got covid and couldn’t go in and exchange them until today. Went in today and the lady’s wouldn’t work with me. Said there Was nothing they could do and all I wanted to do was exchange it with something else in the store so I wouldn’t have wasted money. And now I have a pair of jeans I cannot do anything with. They’re not fixable, it was a manufacturing problem the way they ripped.

I've always loved this store & shopped often. Before then store closed due to covid19 I purchased a $25 dress for my graduation. Graduation was cancelled and i've been waiting for them to open back up so I could return the dress. I don't wear dresses and have no purpose for it. However the owner rudely informed me that it's been more than 30 days so I can't return it. I'm sorry? How am I supposed to have returned it within 30 days if the store has been closed longer than that??? They lost a regular shopper??♀️
