The lobby at this location is closed its by appointment. The employees at the drive-thru are extremely kind and helpful.

the lady at the drive through was very rude. she shamed me for not knowing that the lobby closed at 4 even thought it is nowhere online that it closes at 4. i needed a new debit card. i proceeded to just try and take out money, and she shamed me again for not having my ID. i have not yet found a decent bank

This branch really needs to work on their customer service skills. The teller that helped me today was rude. Period. When I came up to her I immediately said I wasn’t sure if she was the person who I needed to speak to or not. After explaining what I needed the correct thing to do would be to just pass me off to someone if she couldn’t help me but no she processed to “help” me. I use that term loosely because she was absolutely no help and was rude about it the whole time. I

I don’t recommend doing any business at all. My account was fraudulently charged then we brought it current to only have someone do it again. Going through the fraud process and they get rude with the CUSTOMER and hang up. BAD BUSINESS WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES
