Bought a few fish about week ago one died after a couple days of having it had 2 of the same breeds. Called and traded it in for another one of the same breed silver molly had it for 2 days and the same way the first one died it died. They are gonna say it's my water and not allow me to get a replacement even tho I believe they have sick fish if all my others are doing fine even my dalmatian molly so what sense does that make so to say I'm not pleased with their service well I'm not just be careful if you are gonna buy fish or anything from them.

Great local pet store. A little pricy, but amazing for not being a big chain store.

ABSOLUTELY SICKENED BY THE STATE OF THE REPTILES THERE!!!!!!!The bearded dragon situation absolutely broke my heart. For starters, multiple dragons with MOUTH ROT, and when confronted about it, the lady said “I don’t think it’s mouth rot, it may be a burn from chasing after crickets”. As an animal care specialist, I know the difference. Second, they don’t even have hides to go in. No temperature gauges to adequately monitor the basking spot or cool side. The veggies? Dried up and gross. The bedding? Pellets. SMALL ANIMAL PELLETS. Absolutely not what a bearded dragon needs. There was a small case with 7 juvenile bearded dragons in it. They were trampling on each other and stealing worms from each other’s mouths. The other case has four larger bearded dragons in it, no hide, and they were lying on top of each other. The employee acted like it was fine and when asked if they would surrender or severely discount the ones with mouth rot, she said I doubt it, someone will buy them that way. YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING ILL PETS!!!The snake enclosures are so small that the snakes can barely even turn around in them, and there’s absolutely no way that the snake was stretch out, which is important. No hides. Barely any water. Three snakes, juvenile ball pythons, probably about 12-14 inches long, in a 12 by 12 enclosure. If I had the space and the funds, every single one of those pets would have come home with me.I’m getting in contact with animal rights advocates and the city to bring attention to this situation. Please do not shop here. Let these photos be all the proof you need.

Loved the fish side of it but the small animal side was severely lacking in animal care. Was going to buy stuff for my fish tank until I saw the small animal conditions. The grate in the ferret enclosure can lead to bumblefoot and in other cases broken feet. The frogs were kept in small containers that should only be used for reptile convention tables not for prolonged living in a pet store. Most small animals were exhibiting stress behaviors and there was a bearded dragon in... Pellets as bedding? Really disappointed in the animals welfare. :( as the fish side was amazing.

Amazing small business. I went for their fish selection and drove from Jonesboro for it. I prefer fancy goldfish and they had a great selection at great prices, but also had a ton of saltwater and other freshwater fish. Including sharks, zebrafish, coral, etc. they also have a lot of freshwater plants! Like beautiful diverse choices. And they were all $5.99 when I was there! All their prices are GREAT. Especially for a local business, but do not be mistaken they are a large pet store and have a lot of stock. They also stock various reptiles and small animals, plus anything you could need for them. Overall my largest takeaway was that all of their fish were healthy and in amazing set ups (very different than what you will find at Petco). The employees are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly too. 10/10 recommend for all your animal needs and especially for fish lovers!

We went in and seen a sting ray upside down struggling to get back in its upward position. We informed the lady at the desk and she simply did not care and told me “ if it gets up it gets up we are not touching it” she could have simply used a net to gently flip it back up but yet she let it struggle

A lot of really cool animals. It was clean and the animals looked very well attended to. Didn't see a dirty cage or aquarium in the whole place. They also had a large variety of accessories and supplies. The prices seem to be about what you pay at other stores but I am not really up on the latest prices.
