This is a smaller JC Penny and the lighting is dank. It seems too small for all of the items that are in the store. It is not always in order. The workers are the reason for the four stars.

I didn't get to go in, on Google is says they open at 10 (it was a Thursday) I got there around 9 (finished other errands early) at 10 I got out of my car, prepared to go in and a sign on the door says they open at 11.

Always friendly, smiling, helpful people. Store is always clean and easy to navigate. Of course my favorite is the clearance racks.
