After work with Mrs. Lola and her company I have bought one home and sold one home. One with her company and one without company. Working with her let me know I chose the wrong company the first time around. She worked long hours for my family. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I just made a purchase on my first home in Searcy. I originally received the recommendation of her son John from my friends mother who’s a realtor in Nashville. John got me in contact with Lola who really took much initiative in the home buying process. She was able to get me tours immediately for properties. We were able to secure a home in a pretty competitive market (120k range). I looked at several homes with Lola and she shot me straight on every house we toured. Lola was not trying to push me into a home and was genuinely looking out for my best interest. I have another friend who used Lola/John to sell his home and was able to secure an offer almost immediately. I believe that Lola has a God given talent to sell homes and would feel conferrable recommending her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Lola and her team were the best at standing in the gap for us. We could have never had a successful sale without her. She showed the up most professionalism, knowledge, and guidance during our first encounter. She had paper work and files all in order as well as a background of who she is. I was blown away when she brought all of the information for us to have. We were discouraged and she made us feel confident in our sale. Our home sold after one showing!!! She and her team continued to stay connected with us throughout the process. We were very comfortable with her. We would recommend her and her team over and over again.
