Merchants and Planters Bank has outstanding customer service with friendly helpful employees. Employees are always answer questions and work you on loans or accounts. The Searcy Branch is a great place where workers greeted customer warmly and acting like family. They have unmatched professional service, are down to earth, welcoming and always trying to go above beyond. The bank made the loan process stress free and possible, and they answer all questions to the best of their abilities. Customer recommend this bank to people in White County and suggest giving workers a chance and they will not be disappointed.
Dealing with this bank was beyond friendly. In the very short time it took to conclude a real estate transaction I found I was dealing with professionals who knew exactly what was needed and dealt fairly throughout with all the players involved. Branch Manager Josh Brandt is the best.

Exceptional Customer Service!! Josh Brandt went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with a closing for a lady that was confined to a bed. He drove to her house personally, multiple times to get the clients signature for the closing of her house in Missouri.
