For the first time I’m enjoying getting exercise. I don’t feel like crashing when I leave, and I feel that I’m actually doing something good for me. It’s just the right amount of everything for those people over 65.

I have been doing crossfit/cross training workouts here since 2011. I don't always love the workout but I do love the challenge. It is what makes you stronger physically and mentally. I love that my class is my class! I see them every morning and we do the workouts together as a group. I know who I will see on what days and that makes me happy. These are my friends. I am 50 now and have zero plans of quitting or slowing down.
