“I had an excellent experience here! I enjoyed the historic building, the courtesy of the employees, and the convenience of the location! I'm not sure if it was because I was pregnant and that I happened to go when there wasn't a long line as mentioned in other posts, but everyone was so nice to me. I wish I would've gotten the employee's name who helped me, but she even was kind enough to tape my package up for me because I didn't have any packing tape. When I went to a UPS store, they made me purchase packing tape and I had to tape it all up myself, not knowing if it would hold up well. I guess you can say that I got spoiled at this location.”

“Went to this location for a passport. Even though my process turned into a bit of a hassle a man named Kenneth was so professional and polite throughout. He even tried to lighten the mood with humorous conversation. I saw him patiently take care of another problem while I fixed mine. Kenneth is a gem. Great service”
