“I was actually in line in front of Mr James Waller when he just interrupted the young lady helping me. I kindly just stepped back til he got nasty with her regarding his phone service when “she asked him to get closer to a window”. Then made the comment “he didn’t care about the other customers they could wait” I believe 3-4 people were behind him. She advised she was the only one in the store. After his comment that “he didn’t care “ I then advised him, she was actually helping me when he just took it upon himself to be next in line. I’ve always had great help there an even when the store is busy. A+ service.”
