“Selling real property can be stressful in many ways, and hiring the right realtor in the beginning would make the entire process so much easier and better! Sherry began my representation by telling me what she would do for me, including accurately describing my property, so that potential buyers would have a clear understanding of what was being offered for sale, keeping me informed of all showings, what input was being received, keeping tabs on the showing agents to make sure they were performing the necessary tasks when leaving my home (i.e. locking all doors, closing all gates to pool area, etc), and coordinating any services needed for the property during my absence, and that she would be readily available to answer my questions and listen and respond to input I had.
