People said the customer service at Regions bank great and polite. The tellers are helpful, sweet, cheerful and efficient. People said the people professional and courtesy at its BEST. When the bank is busy, the line in Fridays between 11 am and 1 pm can be slow and waiting spend half of lunch. More employees would help. The drive‑thru can be a little slow when busy but still excellent service. The experience is great and the bank always taken care of any issue.

Miranda and the Regions’ bankers on E Race are incredibly kind and helpful. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m walking into a family atmosphere.

The people are so polite and nice. However I REALLY wish the ones working Fridays between 11 am to 1 pm had more help bc I spend my entire lunch most days or at least half of it waiting in line! If they had more employees this would not happen. Like said the customer service is great but they just need more help.
