About Searcy Art Gallery

Searcy Art Gallery is a free entry treasure and unique historical location situated off Race Street. It is a lovely free art gallery but really a time capsule, an historic house with many original pieces. Walking in feels like taking a time machine back to the early 1900s. The guides are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, offering tours of the house and its artwork. Visitors can learn about early Searcy history and enjoy the gorgeous grounds. Under tree parking is also available.

    A unique historical location with art as an added bonus. The guide was so enthusiastic about the history of the family and the house we stayed 3 times longer than planned. This is a history location more than an art gallery . Top shelf experience!

    I got a lovely one on one tour of the house and all its artwork and furnishings. My guide was very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for place!
