All the owners and staff are super friendly, and for less seasoned cigar fanatics like myself they have great suggestions and input on what’s best for you. They know their stuff! The humidor is quite impressive with a very large selection. I usually don’t have time to hang out in the lounge, but the few times I have, it was very relaxing and I never felt uncomfortable or out of place.
