Dawson in service was very good at listening to my needs. I dropped off my truck and the tech could not hear or replicate my problem. It only does it whenever it wants to it seems. So they didn’t address anything. The problem I’m having is a known problem with 2024 f250. It also has a service bulletin on it for that particular issue. I just wish they could have done the fix like the service bulletin provides. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Maybe thats policy not to do anything if they can’t replicate the issue. But when a service bulletin has been put out and the customer states an issue, I thought they would have just done the repair. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken this issue to a dealership for this problem. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm, but gonna wait to see if it gets more frequent. 5k miles left of warranty so I will definitely try to demand on the 3rd try.

He went over and beyond in assisting me to find a quality vehicle where I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for monthly payments. I Love these guys. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion from them in 2019 and every time I take it in for it to be serviced they are all so nice and very thorough and make me feel at home (so to speak). They worked with me from day one and continue to do so. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a new or used car and of course I've always been a Ford Girl and will be till I die.

I found the truck I was looking for here with everything I was wanting in it. I was on vacation hours away when we started talking about details and they had me ready to go and truck reserved before I was even able to come back home from vacation. They were so helpful with the whole process. Every person I had the pleasure of speaking to was very nice. I can say without a doubt this was the nicest dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I appreciate all of y’all so much. And y’all’s advice on lunch afterward was on point.

Made an appointment to get my Ranger serviced and added an accessory to it when they were doing it. Had the truck in and out within the hour. Very pleased with their service dept. Will use again.
