I called and talked to Nicky at Sheridan store about service when I leave Verizon here soon.She was very knowledgeable and helpful had adequate answers for all my questions.I will be visiting her in the near future about changing over service when I do leave Verizon!

Man spent 45 mins talking with a woman and bluetoothing her phone. Not once addressed us. Not even a hello. Asked for a specific phone he says nope none in stock. Really?? That is the only one on display that even worked for us to look at. The batteries were dead on almost all the display phones in the store. But he did offer another phone in stock that was only $100 more. Disappointed doesn't even come close. Will Definitely not b back to this location. Loat out on 2 brand new phones and one was a new service. Hope keeping us an hour waiting was worth it. And will most certainly let the other location know about this too.

I think it's crazy you have to go in this store for help they say I can't get into your account without you here but I can call customer service and get what I need done and Elijah is very rude and controlling and trys to contradict everything you say he needs to be fired in my opinion

No one at this place knows anything about their jobs go in and ask them something and they cannot answer you go in with a phone problem and they don't know how to fix it
