I’ve never seen a place so unprofessional. My son went here for a few months and all of a sudden I received a message about his behavior and that they were going to dismiss him if the behavior didn’t change. I was never made aware of bad behavior, in fact, his teacher told me a couple week before this that he was such a good child and that she loved him. When I told the director this when we had our meeting all she had to say was “hmm that’s weird”. All of the “behavior” was written on a paper that they had been recording all his behavior for months, but again, I was never made aware of this. All of the recordings were in the same handwritten from the after hours/floater teacher. The director then proceeded to tell me, and I quote, “our days are better when (my son’s name) is not here”. I’ve never had to keep my cool so much in my life. We switched daycares that day and never had another problem.
