“I switched to this location for all my medication needs in January after one too many issues with my previous pharmacy not wanting to actually send PA requests to my doctor to be processed. Now, I have zero issues. They are super quick to get refills done, they’re accurate, they’re always super nice, and the facility is also super nice and clean. I love the convenient location and pick-up window. They even called my old pharmacy to get all my medications’ refill info transferred to them without me having to do anything! It was an easy transition, and they’ve done nothing but reaffirm why I chose to switch to them since then. I was also able to get both my vaccine rounds down here, and they were professional and quick with that too. They made me feel at ease and comfortable, joking with me before each round, because I’m not great with needles. It was easy and painless. I recently had a prescription refilled that my old pharmacy used to regularly take about a week to fill, stating they were out of stock. This pharmacy was low; they only had 10 of the 60 the prescription called for. They gave me the 10 with an IOU I was able to get the next say, just so I had some while they waited to be restocked! I was blown away. I have never received customer service like I have here anywhere else. I absolutely recommend them!”
