I have came to this location for 2 years and almost stopped because the customer service was crap . Now, I come every morning for my coffee because of the pleasant atmosphere Jennifer provides. The other employees should follow her example.

I enjoy coming to this Casey everyone is friendly and the store is clean the food is awesome
I like the location the food is cooked and on time I would like to work here if I need a job ! All the employees here are Great and hard workers!

I said Hello and thanked cashier. She barely acknowledged me.I would tell you her name, but no name tag on. I have never been to a Casey’s where the register person wasn’t extremely friendly. This lady needs to be retrained by one of the Casey’s in Searcy!

I wouldn’t recommend… No one really greeted me and the food wasn’t that good… I just moved to this area and this store always unprofessional and attitudes…The reviews not lying on here..

The store said open 24 hr but when I come in they said the register system is not working so they can’t run , I think the night manager is lying,

There was 3 workers behind the counter; 2 of them were awesome. 1 of them was insufferable for the 4 minutes i was inside. Asked about the weight of the ice bags, they didn’t know right off hand and then the insufferable one gave an answer after finishing closing her drawer out. She then proceeded to speak to me like a child about the bags of ice, after I already gave an answer as to what I needed and was rude to her coworkers who were very patient and respectful towards me and her. Shoutout to those two, and to the other one, have the day you deserve. I’m sure your coworkers were ecstatic you were leaving for the day.

I will be going to another gas station in the mornings even if it’s out of my way due to how the staff is at this location in the mornings. There are some mornings they seem upset I came in or they are chatting with someone else while they attempt to ring me up. No wonder this location has such awful reviews. It’s gotta be the ladies who work in the morning.

Ordered my food 20 mins before I took my lunch break the lady never made my food then claimed that she told me it was in the oven... No she didn't I will never go there again. NEVER GOT MY FOOD OR AN APOLOGY.

Been coming here consistently for 3 years, since Casey’s bought it the customer service has been going downhill but today i had my card charged $300 from a credit card skimmer on pump 2 never going back, and if I were you I’d drive across JFK to any other gas station.

Terrible terrible customer service. Stood forever waiting to be greeted or asked what I needed, only to continuously be ignored. I walked to the other side to ask if I’m supposed to pick up an online order there just to be told it’s the Other side, which I let him know she was not acknowledging me. He went over to check my order and said give it a minute. I waited 10 more minutes before going back in, which was the same situation. I stood for more than 10 minutes watching her slowly put together my order. Walk back and forth doing god knows what to not get it done. Do Not Recommend!

Lady flat out refused to give me change for a dollar (4 quarters in exchange for 1 dollar) because I wasn't buying anything from the store when I come here and purchase gas/items all the time, I live 2 seconds away. Thats the last time you'll catch me here. Kum & Go happily gave me change.

I used the restroom which needs some repairs. Other than that the service was very polite and courteous. I would stop back at this location.

Absolutely no fluid to wash windshield at the pumps. The coffee tastes stale,even the so-called fresh ground. It's not horrible at this one,but in many ways,pretty sub-par.
