“I cracked my phone. Thank goodness I purchased the insurance. Filed my claim they sent me to Ubreak it, We fixed it worst customer service ever! Thank goodness I checked with my carrier before just paying out of pocket to go somewhere else. They sent me to Cell Phone Repair in Jacksonville, what a difference a day makes. Best customer services from the time I walked in the door to the 30 minutes.....30 minutes it took Chris to repair the phone. It you need a repair done take it to them. If they can't repair it or the cost out weighs the replacement they will be honest with you ( I overheard the manager have that conversation with a customer that came in while i waited).”
