“Excellent customer service. Brandon deserves a major shout out (and a raise). He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and confident. He was able to help us purchase a watch he didn’t physically have in his store but we were able to pick it up at the mall next door. When those employees had trouble taking out a couple of links (and ending up damaging a piece), I called Brandon and he immediately said to bring it to him. “I absolutely love this store and have gained a new admiration for the owner (I think she is the owner, she has the adorable shop pups??).The last time I was in the store it started to storm. I just happened to have my three year old son with me, while his twin was asleep in the car with my mother.The owner not only was kind toys, but went out of her way to make my son feel safe while it was storming. She let us snuggle her puppy, gave my son puppy dog stickers and chatted with us until the storm eased. We purchased lovely things and my other son was invited to come pet the puppy when we left. Of course we did and it made a rainy day much brighter.This is a store full of beautiful and unique finds…but best of all is the people that work inside!”
