The Customer Service department does not answer the phones, actually it's hard trying to get through to any of the departments in the store

Waited over an hour for a pickup after checking in. Service is extremely slow, workers very unorganized in the online shopping area.

I m still amazed at the service received at the Walmart in Sherwood. It is awful. From the Managers to employees. A Billion plus company can not accept a return fr 10.00!!!!!!! When loyal customers spent money at their store weekly. If it wasn't fr the customers Walmart w not be around.
