Very happy with the smaller gym and trainers. They are knowledgeable and actually teach you correct form. They also are careful to keep you from hurting yourself. Highly recommend.

Great gym with plenty of selection. Some older pieces that I really enjoy. Is it all perfectly working and polished? No, but honestly I prefer that. It is a gym in use! If you lift heavy and push, equipment is bound to break. Love the atmosphere and enjoying my week pass.
