I have taken packages into this post office on several occasions recently, I have always received excellent service, the employees are courteous and efficient. They keep the line moving. I've never had to wait 5 minutes. I'm sure there are busier times however that has been my experience.

This post office is the absolute worst. Never in life have I experienced so many problems with mail, and the employees seem either clueless or rude and can't answer basic questions. Moving to Sherwood? Good luck with that! This location is a shame.

Package was returned to sender because it “could not be delivered as addressed.” I have gotten multiple packages from the same company, and they have all been delivered just fine. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m usually a pretty busy small business owner getting sales everyday. They handle my orders very well, greet me and call me ma’am. Very respectful people and recommend for other small business owners ?

Been using this post office on a regular basis since 2013 and never had any major issues. Generally the staff are very friendly and get you in and out in a timely matter. Of course at times they're going to have a line and maybe once in a while someone appears to be having a bad day, but most of the staff I've dealt with work hard with a smile to serve their customers. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about.

The main problem with this post office seems to be the carriers, we have had mail in our box for 2 days, with flag up, the carrier puts mail in the box and leaves the items to be mailed in there. This was a major problem about 5 months ago and now it is happening again. All of us need to start complaining to the Post Master Generals office. We've watched the carrier get out of her car and actually put mail back in her trunk. Going to install another security camera to cover just mail box area.

If I could post negative stars I would. I had two packages that said “delivered “ two days in a row, and nothing was in the box. I checked the cameras because I thought someone might have stolen it after the mail man left, but no, the mailman didn’t even drop off my packages, and he scanned them as delivered. Those packages were precious to me, and I have another one that’s supposed to be delivered today. Needless to say, I will be LIVID if this package is lost or kept too. This is theft, and I will be reporting this.

Carrier refuses to deliver packages and delivers mail to the wrong address. My son has video of the carrier driving by but never attempting to deliver the package, I had shipped to his house. Carrier marked attempted delivery and never stopped. USPS is now telling my son that he has to come to the post office to pick it up. THAT'S RIDICULOUS! What happened to the regular carrier in the white Jeep that was great at his job?
