This bank holds your deposits for 13 days. Out of the blue. We deposited a check from West Memphis and our check was on hold because the check was from Tennessee. We told them West Memphis is in Arkansas..not Tennessee.

If you are looking for inconvenient hours then this is the place for you. Seriously this is what people are talking about when the talk about bankers hours. What are you supposed to do if you have a job, waste your lunch break going to the bank. I work on the the road so I leave town around 8a in the morning and don't get back till around 6p.

Customer service was there reason I switched to bank ozk originally and I regret that decision. Terrible! On top of watching thr employees laugh and have the best time I'm literally waiting on them to finish so almost 15 mins laters I can get my money and leave. I had to hit the call button to make sure they were actually helping me.

When it comes to dealing with actually issues, there is absolutely no one ever available to talk to. You need to get a loan , they say someone will get back to you; they never do. The tellers are nice , but other than that seems like this place is very lacking when it comes to business structure and actually providing a service. Dont ever let them tell you, "someone will call you back" never happens. So glad I only use this as an aux bank acct. and do my real banking with another bank.

Not easy to work with, I went in with my sister(she has disabilities) and has had an account here since we moved her closer. Never had a problem on the account, we had a check come in with her maiden name on it instead of married name. They wouldn't cash it or deposit it. We had plenty of identification in both names, but the only picture ID was in married name. Instead of trying to work with her, even after talking to branch manager, that gets upsets very easy, we closed the account and went down the street and gave them over 10k. I think customer service is so Lost, Sad....But it work out good for us. I think she's going to like New Bank.

BOTO is a great bank to do business with, superb customer service, user friendly webpage with lots great features, above all the staff at Siloam Springs Branch are just phenomenal. Always polite and always ready to help when needed.
