Quite literally the bottom of the barrel. If there was any better internet options, I would switch in a heartbeat.Internet constantly goes out and when it does work, it has poor connection/extreme packet loss. The only help support can give is to have you restart your modem 10 times, then blame it on your equipment.

Internets been down for two days straight. To top it off it constantly shuts off every other day. This will be my last month with cox. Horrible service.UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER: Cool dude came to fix the internet worked pretty solid until today...of course

Cox goes out every time there is a thunder storm. It is crazy that they don't even notify us of these events or give us an ETA for fixing it. Get your infrastructure fixed please.
