“We recently signed up for the Verizon wireless 4G LTE home internet service available in our area. It was simple to order, easy to setup, and the internet speed has been wonderful compared to our old DSL service. 40+ mbs compared to 2.8mbs. The router powers up, finds it's signal, and with a few settings has been operating perfectly. It provides a strong wi-fi signal throughout the home and also extends outside about 100 feet. Do go to the Verizon coverage map to check service availability in your area before you order. It has also worked very well through heavy rain and snowstorms.”
“Phone was running extremely slow. Owners were there when we arrived. He checked the phone , deleted a clean application that wasn't helping and inserted a second memory card. Phone works better now.

“I am deeply saddened to hear Siloam is losing our local Radio Shack. Why? Because people shop online. I understand, I shop online also but so many times I needed something and if Radio Shack didn't have it in stock they would go out of their way to find it and order it for me. I read a couple of reviews that said no one would help them or they felt like they weren't important as customers. I say nothing could be further from the truth, at least in my MANY experiences shopping there. I don't know how many times I was in the store and another customer would walk in and he would either say "I'll be right with you" or if I wasn't in a rush I would tell him to go ahead and help them and I could wait. So many times people would come in after already buying something online and ask for advice on how to hook it up or use it. I bet you wouldn't like it if you were trying to run a business and people constantly did that to you! And when it comes to electronics it can be very hard and confusing trying to match an item. So after over 40 years in business we are losing the only truly electronic store in Siloam Springs. He tried... very hard.”
